Who is responsible

What we collect

Only if you ask for your result by email: your first name, work email, company, role, function, industry, region, company size, ownership, your 12 answers and the scores calculated from them, your choices about a session and the newsletter, the date, and the campaign link you came from (for example LinkedIn). If you do not ask for your result, your answers stay in your browser and are not sent to us. We do not store your IP address with your answers, and we do not use cookies or analytics to track you.

Why we use it

• To send you your result.
• To include your answers, without your name, email or company, in the anonymous benchmark. Groups with fewer than 10 responses are never shown.
• To follow up personally about a session, if you said you would like to talk about one.
• To send you occasional insights, only if you ticked that box and confirmed it in the email we sent. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
• To understand which kinds of companies use the check, so we can improve it and our services. For this, we sort enquiries into simple groups based on your company size, ownership, role and choices (for example, whether you asked to talk about a session). This helps us decide whom to contact first. It has no legal or similar effect on you.

We use your data on the basis of your consent. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to the email above.

Who processes it for us

• Cloudflare, Inc. (USA) hosts this website and stores the responses in a database located in Western Europe. Cloudflare privacy policy
• Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France) sends the result email and manages the mailing list. Brevo may record whether an email was opened and which links were clicked. Brevo privacy policy
• Google (Google Fonts) supplies the typefaces of this website. When a page loads, your browser connects to Google, which receives your IP address.

These providers may process data outside Switzerland, including in the USA. They describe the safeguards they use for such transfers in their privacy policies. We do not sell your data or share it with anyone else.

How long we keep it

We keep your personal details for 24 months after your last contact with us, then delete them. If you unsubscribe from the newsletter, we stop sending it straight away. The anonymous benchmark figures, which cannot be linked to you, are kept.

Your rights

You can ask to see your data, receive a copy, have it corrected or deleted, or withdraw your consent, by writing to contact@muhdi.ch. We reply within 30 days. You can also complain to the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or, in the EU, to your local data protection authority.
